3D Text Generator
A free 3D text generator that runs entirely in your browser: type any text, extrude it into real 3D geometry, choose a material, and export it as a PNG image, an STL file for 3D printing, or a GLB model — no sign-up and nothing uploaded.

3D Model Viewer
Open GLB, GLTF, STL and OBJ files right in your browser. Rotate, zoom, check dimensions and take screenshots — files never leave your device.
GLB Viewer
A focused viewer for .glb files, the standard format for web, AR and game-ready models.
STL Viewer
Preview STL files before you print them. Check the bounding box size in cm or mm.
OBJ Viewer
Inspect Wavefront OBJ models with wireframe mode and auto-rotate.
Texel Density Calculator
Work out the texel density of a texture on any surface — or the texture resolution you need for a target density — in px/cm and px/m.
How the 3D text maker works
Type, extrude, export. Enter your text and the tool builds real 3D geometry from the letter shapes: the extrude depth controls how thick the letters are, and the bevel rounds the edges so light catches them like a physical object. Drag the preview to view your text from any angle.
Materials change the whole look. Metal gives reflective, chrome-like letters; plastic is clean and glossy; matte is flat and modern. Combine a material with any color and background to match your brand, game, or video thumbnail.
Three exports for three jobs. PNG for images and logos, STL for 3D printing and CNC, GLB for game engines, Blender and web projects. All three are generated on your device.
Frequently asked questions
Is this 3D text generator free?
Yes. The generator is completely free: unlimited text, all material presets, and PNG, STL and GLB export are included with no sign-up and no watermark.
How do I export my 3D text for 3D printing?
Click "Export STL". The STL file contains the extruded text mesh at the depth and bevel you set, ready to slice in your 3D printing software. Scale it in your slicer to the physical size you need.
Can I use the 3D text as a logo?
Yes. Create your wordmark with the generator, then export a high-resolution PNG with a transparent-style background color of your choice, or export GLB to keep working on it in Blender or another 3D tool. This is why the tool is also used as a 3D logo text generator.
Does my text get uploaded to a server?
No. The font, the geometry and the rendering all run locally in your browser with WebGL. Nothing you type or export is sent anywhere.
